Reticulated anodized steps for TRX4

This accessory is intended for scale detail on the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler chassis. The kit supplies anodized side steps engraved with a reticulated motif produced after anodizing to retain strong contrast between pattern and base colour.

The parts are CNC cut for repeatable edge quality and the mounting pattern supports inward or outward placement to suit different bodies and scale stances. The product is sold as a 10pcs kit for attaching to the model shell where stepped detail and added support are preferred.

Included hardware lists stainless steel round head screws 3x10 - 8pcs to secure the steps; please note driver tools are not supplied.

Do the steps add structural support to the shell?

They provide modest shell support and improve mounting points, but they are primarily a scale detail rather than a full chassis brace.

Is the reticulated finish durable?

The pattern is engraved after anodizing to keep contrast and the anodized surface resists wear in normal use, though heavy rock contact will eventually show marks.

Can I paint or touch up the steps?

You can add paint to edges if desired, but any coating may reduce the visual contrast of the reticulated engraving.
