Aftermarket rear CVD drive shaft kit built for the TRAXXAS TRX6 MERCEDES-BENZ scale chassis, replacing the rear drive section with a mixed steel and aluminium construction. The design keeps the shaft assembly compact to suit scale clearances while pairing alloy 6061 T6 with steel at high-load points.

The part transmits motor torque into the rear drivetrain and is intended as a direct swap or upgrade for models using the TRX6 rear drive arrangement. Fitting requires basic removal of the rear driveline, checking fit with existing yokes and bearings, and ensuring silicone rings and stainless pins are seated correctly to remove play.

During setup verify prop shaft alignment through suspension travel, do not overtighten the retaining screws to avoid compressing the silicone rings, and run a slow rotation check before full-power tests. Use only for RC model equipment.
