Aluminum Servo Bracket Upgrade for UDR

The UDR024 servo mount kit from GPM is an aluminium replacement made for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER. Constructed from 6061-T6, the metal mount takes over from the stock plastic part to give a more rigid attachment for the servo, cutting flex and improving steering consistency over rough terrain.

Assembly uses the supplied stainless flat head screws and countersink washers so the mount sits flush with the chassis. Fit the supplied shim or washer under each screw head to draw the mount tight and reduce play at the servo horn interface. This kit is focused on structural improvement and repeatable alignment rather than changing servo output.

Fit this alloy mount to firm up the servo attachment on the UDR chassis, check fixings after a few runs, and replace worn plastic mounts without altering the servo or horn layout.
