Aluminium L-shape Front Internals 135mm for UDR

This front internal damper set is created for the TRAXXAS UDR chassis and supplied as a pair for front-end suspension work. Parts are machined from aluminum 6061 T6 to provide a light but strong profile suited to hobby off-road loads.

The design uses a sealed damper body to limit oil loss and is filled with a higher concentration suspension oil for more consistent damping. The damper shaft diameter is stepped up to 5mm from the common 3.5mm size to increase stiffness and reduce bending when driving hard.

Built with an L-shape piggy back reservoir to lengthen internal oil flow, this configuration helps smooth sudden suspension inputs and sustains steadier damping through varied stroke lengths. These internals are intended as direct replacements or tuning upgrades for compatible TRAXXAS UDR front shocks.
