135mm Front L-shape Aluminum Damper

This GPM front L-shape spring damper is produced as an aftermarket replacement for TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER style models and other vehicles using the same 135mm front damper geometry. It helps control wheel motion, absorb impacts and keep the vehicle balanced on uneven ground.

Design improvements over stock include a thicker coil spring wire increased from 1.8mm to 2mm to allow higher spring rates while still accepting the original spring for softer tuning, a stronger 5mm damper shaft versus the stock 3.5mm for reduced flex, and a precision-machined aluminum damper body fitted with a sealed spring retainer to limit oil escape. The L-shape piggyback reservoir smooths damping response by extending oil travel.
