Front driveline CVD for tougher runs

The UDRZSP3 front CVD is an aftermarket component developed for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER to serve as an extra duty front driveline item. It combines a hardened steel CVD body with an SST joint to reduce wear in front linkage areas and is supplied as a 2pcs set for replacing or reinforcing both front sides.

Included with the CVDs is a thin metal protection panel and a length of double sided tape to adhere the panel to the stock motor cover lid. The 0.5mm textured sheet gives a protective skin over the OEM cover to limit abrasion and impact marks during track use.

Installation notes: this product is intended as a direct aftermarket replacement or reinforcement for the stated chassis. Follow your usual disassembly steps to remove the existing front CVDs and install the replacements in the same orientation as the originals.

Handling and checks: the CVD body is hardened steel with an SST joint and the protection panel is 0.5mm thick; inspect edges for any sharp bits and press the tape flat to ensure the panel seats correctly over the motor cover lid.
