Rear axle case guard

This rear axle case protection plate is a scale-correct replacement designed to protect the centre section of the Unlimited Desert Racer chassis. Constructed from 1mm 304 stainless steel, the plate resists abrasion and helps keep the rear axle case underside steady during high-speed runs.

The supplied hardware supports a simple direct swap into the factory points: one protection plate, two round head screws (3x12) and two POM collars are included to isolate the plate from the axle case and prevent metal-on-metal contact.

Installation is quick and reversible: remove the original fasteners, place the POM collars between plate and axle case, then tighten the supplied screws. The metal finish creates a tidy underside without affecting the vehicle's handling.

Just received Avery well packed and vey shiny box of GPM parts... all look great... only one negative... and probably on my part... the discs and calipers come in sets of 4... not 4 discs or 4 calipers.. oh well another order to follow... great service th

Hello, I am very happy with my order for my Traxxas UDR. I would like to order more pieces but I see you do not have them anymore. I have made alerts on all that I would like. Could you tell me approximately when you think you have them? UDR006 UDR312FRS

Is the plate corrosion resistant?

Yes. Made from 304 stainless steel, the plate offers good resistance to rust and corrosion in normal hobby conditions.

Will the POM collars affect ground clearance?

The collars are thin spacers meant to prevent metal contact and have minimal impact on overall clearance.

Are replacement screws available?

Standard 3x12 round head screws are used and are commonly available from RC parts suppliers if spares are needed.
