Front centre shaft details

This centre front drive shaft is an aftermarket replacement designed for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER and carries the model code UDR037SF.

Manufactured from hardened steel #45, the shaft has a slightly increased diameter versus the stock unit to improve bending resistance and give greater transmission stiffness under load while remaining suitable for hobby use.

Its role is to carry torque from the front gearbox to the front differential and wheels, providing a steadier drivetrain response that helps when tuning gear ratios, motor power or suspension settings.

Fitting notes: the part locates in the standard front centre output and is secured with the supplied screw; simple gearbox disassembly and basic hand tools are all that is normally required.

Just received Avery well packed and vey shiny box of GPM parts... all look great... only one negative... and probably on my part... the discs and calipers come in sets of 4... not 4 discs or 4 calipers.. oh well another order to follow... great service th
