+3mm Alloy Hex with Brake Disk

This aluminum +3mm hex assembly with integrated brake disk is designed for use on the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform. The part combines a wider hub profile with a decorative rotor to change wheel offset and add scale visual detail as a non-OEM upgrade.

Included hardware from the original product note: brake disk - 2 pcs, pins 2.5*10.5 - 2 pcs. Fit the supplied pins when mounting the disks to the hub to maintain the correct assembly method.

In practice, the disk ring enlarges the hub width from 11mm to 14mm, which widens the track and can help chassis balance depending on setup. The outer face has a swirl engraving that improves appearance and helps with disk alignment during assembly.

Fitting advice: confirm clearance between wheel and suspension after installation, seat the disk fully on the hex and lock with the supplied pins, and spin the wheel to check for any rubbing. Use the proper hex tool and keep original hardware where possible. Evaluate fitment with your current wheels and axles before running.
