Adjustable rear shock mount

This aluminium rear adjustable shock tower is produced for the TRAXXAS XO-1 platform and sold as a 1 pcs set, model XO030. It serves as an aftermarket replacement rear shock mounting plate to expand tuning options for the XO-1 rear end.

Multiple attachment points allow changes to shock angle and leverage, giving you control over rebound behaviour and rear compliance while leaving internal damper settings untouched. The aluminium body raises structural stiffness at the rear tower while remaining in line with the weight of premium upgrades.

Fitment uses existing chassis mounting locations and the vehicle's hardware, replacing the OEM rear tower. The unit is designed for chassis tuning tasks like altering shock geometry, adjusting ride-height range, and refining rear roll response for on-road rigs.

Compatible with stock TRAXXAS XO-1 components?

Yes, it is intended to replace the stock rear tower on TRAXXAS XO-1 chassis, though some setups may need existing fasteners reused.

Will it change shock damping?

The tower changes geometry and leverage points to affect rebound and roll behaviour but it does not alter the internal damping of your shocks.

Any tips for setup?

Start with small adjustments to lower mounting points, then test for rear traction and mid-corner balance. Keep notes so you can return to known settings.
