Product summary

This aluminium front/rear adjustable spring damper set is built for the Traxxas XO-1 chassis and hand assembled for correct XO-1 fitment. Each unit is oil-filled and lets drivers tune preload and damping for more consistent lap times or practice runs.

The supplied dampers measure 87mm from the centre of the top ball to the centre of the bottom ball. Adjustable collars allow quick preload changes and damping adjustments without swapping the entire unit, while aluminium bodies tighten up the mounting stiffness versus stock plastic components.

The kit includes the fitting hardware listed below and is sold as an aftermarket hop-up for XO-1 scale configurations.

Will these replace the stock XO-1 shocks easily?

Yes, they are designed for direct replacement on the Traxxas XO-1 shock mounts using the included hardware.

How do I measure them to confirm fit?

Measure from the centre of the top ball to the centre of the bottom ball; these come at 87mm as supplied.

Can I change oil weight in these dampers?

Yes, because they are oil-filled and serviceable you can experiment with different oil viscosities to change damping behaviour.

Are the aluminium parts corrosion resistant?

The aluminium bodies are more durable than plastic, but we recommend cleaning and light maintenance after wet or salty runs.
