Aluminium steering link upgrade for Xo-1

This completed tie rod kit is supplied for the TRAXXAS Xo-1 platform as model XO160 from GPM and replaces softer plastic linkages with anodized aluminium rods. Each rod comes pre-assembled with threaded ends and ball-socket connectors to preserve consistent steering geometry.

Ideal for regular tune-ups and alignment work, the finished links let you set toe and turn-in without machining new parts. The kit is supplied ready to attach to standard Xo-1 knuckles and bulkheads where alloy replacements are compatible.

Fitting advice: make sure threads engage properly and use an appropriate thread locker where metal meets plastic to prevent stripping. Check the ball cup seating and measure overall linkage lengths against originals before final clamping. Adjust with standard RC tools and verify neutral steering and suspension clearance before running.
