GPM's rear gear cover for the Traxxas XRT 8S uses 7075 aluminium alloy to add stiffness and a corrosion resistant anodised finish. The upgraded shape retains the original mounting points but incorporates an extension groove that accepts larger or extra bearings, which improves shaft stability and lowers the chance of drive shaft failure.

It accepts larger 8x19x6mm bearings on an 8mm shaft to enhance durability and reduce wear. Pair this part with the XRT033TS and XRT035TS large gear sets to switch to a four-bearing configuration for increased drivetrain strength.
