XRT 8S Reinforcement Plate

This aftermarket aluminium chassis plate is crafted for the TRAXXAS XRT 8S 1/6 scale 4WD platform and is for RC use only. CNC machined from 7075-T6 to a 6.0mm nominal thickness, the plate stiffens the stock chassis and improves abrasion resistance at primary mounting locations.

Where it sits and why: it locates under the front, centre and rear sections to tie the chassis rails together, reducing flex during heavy loads and shielding the underside from rocks and wear. It serves as a structural upgrade to smooth handling and provide a stable starting point for suspension and drivetrain tuning.

Fitment tips: the kit ships with flat head screws; align with the original chassis mounting holes and tighten to moderate hand torque to protect threads. This plate is supplied for direct fit to the specified TRAXXAS model and should not need modification when used on compatible frames.
