The TRX4ZSP56C engine radiator from GPM is a compact accessory meant to add active scale cooling to TRX4 Trail Crawler V8 LS3 style models. A fan and radiator core are positioned to simulate engine airflow while the welded temperature sensor automates fan switching.
The sensor triggers the fan at approximately 35°C (±5°C) and resets at roughly 25°C (±5°C). The fan is rated for around 3.25 CFM (±10%), which helps maintain airflow through the radiator when the sensor calls for cooling.
Materials include an aluminum and stainless steel main body with a black heat-resistant ABS cover and exhaust pipe. The assembled unit measures 52mm x 63mm x 71mm and ships as a single engine radiator unit (1 pcs) for motor area installation.
When fitting to TRX-4 variants observe the supplied notes: Defender installations often need the manifold side removed to gain clearance and the body post crossbar trimmed to line up with the intake pipe. For front-engine conversions the manifold may be fitted to the damper mount and fender after removing the manifold, using a flat front damper mount like GPM Racing #TRX4028 or an equivalent to provide space for both manifolds.
Designed as a scale cooling upgrade, this radiator may require trimming or manifold changes on some TRX-4 bodies; plan your installation before cutting or mounting.
