Decorative trim plate for TRX-4 Defender

The TRX4ZSP44 plate is a purpose-made metal trim piece for Traxxas TRX-4 Defender bodies, intended solely for cosmetic enhancement. It improves scale realism without altering suspension or powertrain geometry.

Supplied with adhesive for simple surface mounting, the plate is best applied to straight, flat panels such as lower sills or bumper faces. Prepare the surface, align carefully, press firmly, and allow the adhesive to set before taking the model off-road.

This item is a visual upgrade only and will add a small amount of weight at the mounting site. Position the plate so it does not contact wheel arcs, steering links, antenna mounts, or other articulated parts during travel.

Keep the trim in good condition by wiping clean, checking the bond occasionally, and removing the plate if it becomes bent or compromised after an impact. This component is intended for RC models only and is not suitable for full-size applications.
