Lightweight aluminium wheel and tyre package

The 12-piece wheel and tyre package is an aftermarket upgrade for the TRAXXAS TRX4 chassis, pairing 1.9" 6061-T6 aluminium BBS-style rims with low-profile onroad rubber and 9mm alloy hexes to broaden the track and change handling dynamics. The rims are hard-anodized and feature a six-spoke BBS look that complements lower-profile tyres for firmer feedback on packed surfaces.

Replacing stock hexes with the 9mm alloy parts moves each wheel hub outward to increase track width without altering suspension mounts. The wider stance can tighten cornering balance and reduce roll when running onroad-oriented courses, while the tyre profile improves steering response versus deeper-tread crawler tyres. All components are intended for scale RC installation to TRX4 standards.

Fitment notes: the kit contains small mounting hardware for wheels, hexes and tyres; tighten fasteners by hand and apply thread-lock where metal-to-metal screws are used.
