Front alloy knuckle arm for TT02 series

This pair of alloy front knuckle arms is made for use on Tamiya TT02 platform models and replaces the factory plastic knuckle pieces. Machined from alloy, the items are intended to offer increased rigidity compared with the stock nylon components while retaining the original mounting points.

Designed around TT02 steering geometry, installation reuses the standard steering linkage and fasteners from the vehicle. Note that the alloy knuckle is intended to be combined with the original nylon piece where specified to preserve correct articulation and fit.

Specifications

  • Item: Alloy front knuckle arm, 1pr
  • Material: Alloy
  • Model Number: TT2021
  • Compatibility: Tamiya TT02 chassis

GPM TT2021 provides a metal alternative to stock TT02 knuckles for hobbyists who prefer alloy steering components while keeping original geometry and mounting points intact.

Not usually; use the existing links and check alignment. Minor trim or repositioning of ball studs may be needed for perfect centering.
They are designed for the front steering assembly. Rear knuckles may differ and require different parts.
Alloy is harder than nylon, so inspect mating surfaces and fasteners during routine maintenance to ensure no unintended wear occurs.
Use light grease on pivot points as normal and avoid heavy oils that can attract dirt and grit into the joints.
