The TWSV4140 is supplied in bulk packaging as a standard-size analog servo for scale radio-controlled models. Mounting hardware and servo horns are not included, so you will need to source the correct screws, brackets and horns for your application. It is intended for steering, throttle and general surface control where a compact, higher-torque standard servo is suitable.
Published performance data list speed at about 0.20 sec/60 at 4.8V and 0.16 sec/60 at 6.0V, with torque of 5.2 kg.cm (72 oz-in) at 4.8V and 6.5 kg.cm (90 oz-in) at 6.0V. The physical dimensions are 40 x 20 x 38 mm and weight is 43g including a 360mm cable. Use these figures when matching the servo to the intended load and power source.
Installation advice: verify spline and horn fitment before final installation and select mounting fixings that match the case dimensions. Because no mounting accessories are provided, add vibration damping or strengthen mount points for high-load linkages. Always confirm receiver voltage capability and torque margin prior to committing the servo to heavy-duty steering or actuator duties.
Usage notes: this servo provides more torque than basic economy units while keeping a standard footprint. Check transmitter trims and consider using gentle throttle/steering curves to smooth movement under load.
