The YZ-630W1 is a centre one-way pulley intended for Works'91 TeamSpec applications on the YZ-W91 series. It uses an internal one-way bearing so the pulley assembly resists rotation under drive torque but turns freely under braking, producing a different torque split and a more controlled mid-corner and exit behaviour than a two-way unit.

Do not fit the pulley without the specified YZ-631W1 main shaft; the shaft is necessary for correct seating and endplay. This item is designed as an aftermarket spare for compatible YZ-W91TS and YZ-W91 platforms and should be assembled with correct bearings and torque settings to prevent premature failure.

During setup, expect the centre one-way to change how power transfers between axles during acceleration and deceleration. When testing, use stepwise adjustments to separate the pulley impact from changes to diff settings or suspension tuning.
