Product major function & usage:

Cooling fan: 3S variation 11.1v, rated 13000 rpm.
Introduction towards thermoregulator: The operating temperature is 50 °C ± 5 °C, the reset temperature is 35 °C ± 5 °C. The fan wont start after power-on, it will begin after the engine is heated around handle the operating heat.
