This link set upgrades VANQUISH H10 OPTIC models with 4140 carbon steel at the contact locations and CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminium elements to deliver a durable yet lightweight steering assembly. It replaces the factory plastic servo and front steering links to reduce play and sharpen steering feedback, while leaving chassis geometry unchanged.
Items are supplied pre-assembled where applicable and include the necessary fasteners for a direct exchange. Use a medium-strength threadlocker on metal screw joints and take care not to over-torque to avoid stressing ball studs and link pivots. Confirm free movement through full steering travel before finalising the setup.
Tuning effect: swapping plastic links for firmer metal parts tightens front response and helps hold toe and Ackermann under load, aiding sharper turn-in and consistent front-end behavior.
