Progressive 89mm dampers for tuning

This pair of oil-filled shocks uses 6061-T6 alloy bodies and is supplied as a direct upgrade for the VANQUISH H10 Optic and compatible RTR kits. Each damper includes a black progressive spring (1.0mm wire) and an adjustable top spring retainer so you can tune preload and the effective spring rate. The dampers arrive sealed and filled with 350cSt silicone oil to keep damping predictable at scale.

Key dimensional and mechanical points from the original parts are preserved: an 89mm centre-to-centre length suitable for front or rear mounting, a thicker 3.5mm shock shaft for increased rigidity compared with the stock 3.0mm shaft, and a progressive spring profile that begins compliant then firms up as compression increases to suit varying surfaces and payloads. These are intended for aftermarket suspension tuning and replacement use only.

Installation is straightforward on the listed kits: remove the factory shocks, reuse mounting hardware if serviceable, and fit these units to the same mounting points. Adjust the top retainer gradually while testing until the ride and handling meet your needs.
