The XRAY 302783 front bulkhead is an aluminium lower assembly created to maintain repeatable steering geometry and provide a tunable flex location at the front end. It is precision machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and black anodized for surface durability and consistent mounting reference.

Centering pins are built into the lower surface to speed assembly and ensure exact alignment between the two halves. A universal left-right design reduces spare inventory and eases maintenance between running sessions.

Countersinks are machined to accept a 1.5mm aluminium chassis plate so common screws fit flush without the need for special hardware. The bulkhead includes mounting points to secure the shock holder directly, which helps govern local flex behavior and front suspension response.

Designed to pair with an adjustable front bulkhead brace, this part enables incremental changes to chassis flex and handling without swapping top decks, helping you dial in understeer and turn-in more efficiently.
