The XRAY 303754-C motor mount merges motor and layshaft bearings into a single machined unit placed on the chassis centre line to keep symmetry and predictable weight distribution. The motor is positioned ahead of the layshaft with a pressed-in steel axle to preserve alignment during load cycles.
It uses 3mm locating pins to retain the assembly even when a single screw is employed, limiting unwanted movement after impacts. The top face has machined holes that align with XRAY top deck screws so the upper deck sits true and helps maintain consistent flex characteristics.
For tuning the mount includes a top-access eccentric bulkhead insert so gear mesh can be modified from above without extracting the mount. Lower fastener holes are countersunk to suit common screws, making installation straightforward across X4F layouts while keeping the piece durable against bending.
Constructed from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum with black anodize, this part is intended for competitive RC use where a lower centre of gravity and quick, repeatable setup changes are priorities.
A direct swap for X4F projects requiring a compact, low motor placement with integrated layshaft support and top-access mesh adjustment.
