X4F low-mount aluminium plate for chassis stability

The XRAY 303754-C motor mount merges motor and layshaft bearings into a single machined unit placed on the chassis centre line to keep symmetry and predictable weight distribution. The motor is positioned ahead of the layshaft with a pressed-in steel axle to preserve alignment during load cycles.

It uses 3mm locating pins to retain the assembly even when a single screw is employed, limiting unwanted movement after impacts. The top face has machined holes that align with XRAY top deck screws so the upper deck sits true and helps maintain consistent flex characteristics.

For tuning the mount includes a top-access eccentric bulkhead insert so gear mesh can be modified from above without extracting the mount. Lower fastener holes are countersunk to suit common screws, making installation straightforward across X4F layouts while keeping the piece durable against bending.

Constructed from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum with black anodize, this part is intended for competitive RC use where a lower centre of gravity and quick, repeatable setup changes are priorities.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It fits X4F frames that keep the original motor and layshaft spacing. Significant chassis modifications may require checking clearances before fitting.
The black anodize provides corrosion protection and surface hardness; combined with 7075 T6 strength it offers enhanced resistance to impact and wear compared with softer materials.
Yes. The eccentric bulkhead insert is accessible from the top so you can change gear mesh quickly during setup sessions.
Original standard screws are compatible because the lower holes are countersunk to accept common hardware sizes used on X4F layouts.
By securing the top deck precisely and lowering the motor, the mount helps create repeatable flex and predictable handling responses when you alter setup settings.
