Chassis Plate Details for XB8 2026

This replacement chassis plate fits the XB8 2026 platform and is CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium at 3mm thickness. The layout provides a split radio box arrangement plus dedicated locations for the steering servo box and electronics box to keep weight placement repeatable across runs.

Machining includes a pocket beneath the clutch bell to prevent contact during full flex and to protect the pinion teeth. Milled flex areas and weight-relief pockets adjust chassis response without compromising durability. A changed rear C-holder location is used to influence rear traction by modifying local stiffness.

Manufactured with low-stress machining zones and finished in a hard anodize, the plate resists wear from regular RC operation. Its purpose is to affect handling balance, traction and steering feedback so the machined features support setup changes rather than introduce extra components.
