Overview of the XRAY T4'20 Aluminium Flex Chassis

The XRAY T4'20 Aluminium Flex Chassis uses Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium to deliver a durable yet flexible base for touring car setups. Its 2.0mm thickness gives the rigidity needed for stability while still allowing useful flex at the chassis plate.

Design to improve drivetrain and mounting versatility

The chassis supports a centrally placed layshaft for cleaner driveline geometry and efficiency. Main bulkheads can be shifted inward by 1mm to accept either long or short arm suspension mounts, giving quick setup changes on the bench or at the track.

Narrow chassis with tuned flex characteristics

At a narrow 84mm width the plate includes purpose cutouts to alter stiffness across the span, and underside profiling reduces unwanted contact in fast turns. These features make it well suited to medium to high traction carpet and high traction asphalt events.
