High-Precision Graphite Top Plate for XRAY T4'21

Use XRAY 301062 to upgrade the T4'21 chassis with a 2.0mm graphite top plate that balances steering and rear traction. The even symmetry helps maintain consistent flex across both sides for repeatable setup changes.

Selectable Flex Modes for Setup Control

The top plate includes three setup positions so you can fine tune handling to suit circuit grip and driving style:

  • Soft Setting: Allows generous flex to increase steering turn-in, useful where extra front bite is needed.
  • Medium Setting: A ball-bearing joint enables lateral movement while preserving front-to-rear stiffness for balanced feel.
  • Stiff Setting: Fixed bushing locks the plate into a rigid state for predictable high speed stability.

Can I use the XRAY 301062 on a converted T4 chassis?

If the conversion keeps the T4'21 upper deck mounting points intact the 301062 should fit, but check clearances around the radio tray and servo horns.

Does the medium setting reduce understeer?

The medium mode provides a balanced response that can lessen understeer compared to a very stiff deck, especially on mixed grip surfaces.
