The XRAY 301155 - T4f'21 Aluminum Flex Chassis adds a refined flex profile to the XRAY T4F 2021 setup. Forged from Swiss 7075 T6 at 2mm, it balances strength and controlled give for consistent lap times on high-grip layouts.

Tuned for Grippy Surfaces

This ultra-narrow chassis layout clears the central drivetrain and narrow long-arm fixings, supporting predictable handling where traction is high. The main bulkheads are nudged 1mm toward the centre to modestly shift mass and improve turn-in balance.

Accurate Machining and Protective Finish

CNC machining guarantees repeatable dimensions, and the black protective coating helps resist scuffs and corrosion from track use. The plate is aimed at racers who want dependable behaviour without constant setup swings.

Can I run this chassis with adjustable ride height?

Yes, it works with standard ride height adjustments. Changing ride height will influence flex and weight transfer, so adjust incrementally and test laps between changes.

Is any trimming required to fit the drivetrain?

No trimming is expected for stock XRAY T4F 2021 drivetrains. The narrow centre profile is designed to accommodate the centre driveshaft and related parts.

How durable is the 7075 T6 material under racing use?

Swiss 7075 T6 is chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio; it resists bending and holds shape well in normal racing conditions, though hard impacts can still deform aluminium.

Will the black coating affect weight or balance?

The coating is thin and adds negligible weight. Its purpose is protective and cosmetic rather than to change handling characteristics.
