The XRAY 302394 Aluminium Front Steering Plate +1mm is a compact tuning part for racers chasing steadier steering on carpet. Built from Swiss 7075 T6 and CNC-machined, it delivers a rigid, accurate mounting point for the steering links.

Effect of the +1mm Offset

By moving the steering pivot out by 1mm the steering links become marginally longer, which softens the steering response. That makes the car less reactive to small inputs and easier to place through fast carpet sections.
