High Precision Aluminium Servo Saver by XRAY 302525

The XRAY 302525 Aluminum Dual Servo Saver Arm is crafted for pilots who want tighter, more consistent steering. Using Swiss 7075 T6 alloy and precise CNC work, these arms resist deformation and keep alignment true under load.

Stiffness and Smooth Control

This kit includes matched left and right arms for dual servo configurations. The machined metal replaces standard composite parts for improved stiffness, while the fitted ball-bearings smooth steering motions and reduce play.

Compatibility Notes and Shim Advice

Designed to fit the T4 platform for a direct replacement. If you run an older T4 variant, consider the optional 3x6x1.0mm shim available as part #303122-O to ensure correct clearance. The orange anodized surface is durable and easy to inspect at a glance.

No special servos are required. Standard digital or high-torque analog servos that fit the T4 geometry will work well and benefit from reduced slop.
Most stock screws and mounting hardware are compatible, but inspect for fit and replace any worn fasteners. Use medium strength thread locker on metal threads.
Aluminum parts are typically heavier than plastic, but the added stiffness and consistency often outweigh the small mass penalty for handling and durability gains.
Bearings lower friction so the servo can respond faster, which helps maintain steering precision on rough surfaces. Regular cleaning keeps that advantage intact.
