Dialing in steering with XRAY 302612 aluminium links

For modelers who like to dial in steering, the XRAY 302612 aluminium turnbuckle provides a reliable option. Constructed from SWISS 7075 T6, the parts combine toughness with low weight. Precision threads make small toe and steering trims straightforward during setup sessions.

Low weight without sacrificing strength

At 39mm these turnbuckles offer a good length for many steering designs and are notably lighter than steel counterparts, roughly halving the weight. That weight saving helps maintain nimble handling while keeping robust connection points at the steering ends.

Suited to competitive setup routines

These turnbuckles are aimed at users focused on repeatable adjustments and predictable steering behaviour. The quality aluminium construction resists bending and helps retain alignment over multiple runs.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Most 1/10 touring and GT kits accept 39mm turnbuckles, but verify your arm spacing and ball stud height before ordering.
Apply a small dab of medium-strength thread locker and periodically check locknuts or ball ends after running to keep settings secure.
They work with standard M3 ball ends used in many kits, but using matched quality ball ends ensures minimal slop and precise steering feedback.
