Tailored Bulkhead for XRAY T4'20 Chassis

The XRAY 302767 - T4'20 aluminium lower adjustment bulkhead is produced for the T4'20 platform to help fine-tune handling and chassis stability. It fits the front left and rear right mounting points, giving racers precise setup control for track sessions.

Key Performance Elements

This bulkhead features a very low anti-roll bar mounting location that routes the anti-roll bar wire beneath the drive shafts, effectively reducing the centre of gravity for better grip and reduced body roll. The 1mm machined grooves allow the bearing hubs to move inward toward the chassis centre, improving steering accuracy and balance.

Materials and Compatibility

Made from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, the piece is both light and robust. A black anodised finish provides wear resistance and a tidy look. It is made to fit the T4'20 long arms and narrow suspension holders for seamless compatibility and straightforward installation.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes, the lowered mounting and hub repositioning shifts weight distribution slightly, often yielding a more predictable front end and improved mid-corner stability.
Compatibility is optimised for the T4'20 geometry and suspension holders; check arm and holder dimensions before fitting to older or heavily modified T4 variants.
The grooves let you move bearing hubs inward, which tightens steering and can reduce understeer. Use small adjustments to tune turn-in and mid-corner balance.
Wipe clean after dusty runs and inspect anodising for wear; light lubrication on fasteners prevents corrosion and keeps fitment secure.
