Precision Lower Bulkhead for X4 Chassis Tuning

The XRAY 302770 X4 Swiss 7075 T6 Aluminium Lower Bulkhead gives drivers tighter control over chassis balance and geometry. It is aimed at those refining setup for consistent lap times and predictable handling.

Improved Balance and Cornering

Forged from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, the component is both light and durable. Built-in centring pins make fitting straightforward and the very low anti-roll bar mount places the wire under the drive shafts to reduce overall height and stabilise the car during cornering.

Precision Milling for Accurate Geometry

Milled 1mm grooves for the ball bearing hubs shift the bulkheads 1mm closer to the chassis centre line per side. That small adjustment tightens tolerances and reinforces chassis rigidity, which helps keep geometry consistent under load.

Purpose-Built Fit and Tough Finish

This part is made to fit the front right and rear left of the XRAY X4 platform, suitable for X4 2022 upgrades or replacements. The black anodised coating provides a neat look while protecting the aluminium surface.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is intended for the X4 series; compatibility with older variants depends on whether those chassis share the same mounting layout for the front right and rear left positions.
Moving the bulkheads 1mm closer to centre tightens steering response and can make the setup feel more direct, which some drivers prefer for technical tracks.
Use the centring pins for alignment, confirm bearing seating in the milled grooves, and recheck drive shaft clearance after fitting to ensure smooth operation.
