High Quality Machining for Consistent Results

The XRAY 302777 X4'24 Front Left Aluminum Bulkhead is crafted to provide repeatable performance at the front end. Constructed from Swiss 7075 T6, it gives a favourable strength to weight ratio suitable for regular club and event use.

Assembly Friendly with Setup Options

Centering pins speed up assembly and help keep suspension geometry constant. The bulkhead includes mounting points for the shock holder to control flex and fine tune steering feel. Two axle and diff height positions let you configure the car for different surfaces, with the lower setting preferred for carpet and the higher for asphalt layouts.

Stability via Low Anti-Roll Bar Placement

With the anti-roll bar mounted beneath the suspension arms, the centre of gravity is reduced for improved stability through corners. The black anodised coating offers wear resistance and a tidy appearance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Installation typically uses the standard X4 series screws and pins. Keep your existing hardware if it matches the stock geometry, otherwise use the OEM fasteners supplied for the model.
Selecting the upper position raises the axle for a firmer feel suited to asphalt, reducing squat under acceleration and providing a more predictable turn-in.
Inspect mounting faces and pin bores for deformation and ensure threads are intact. Replace any distorted hardware and recheck alignment before running again.
The black anodised layer is thin and should not alter fitment. If tolerances are tight, lightly deburr mating parts and verify pin engagement during assembly.
