The XRAY 303066-O T4'17 Aluminum Layshaft Bulkhead is engineered to sharpen your car's response. Constructed from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, the part balances durability with lightweight precision for race day reliability.

Smoother Flex and Stable Bearings

The component is CNC machined and positions the layshaft bulkheads 1mm lower, which permits removal of the top deck screws and creates a 1mm separation between the top deck and bulkheads. This gap stops the top deck from touching the bulkheads, yielding cleaner chassis flex while maintaining a fixed bearing location for reliable drivetrain alignment.

Setup Adjustability and Protective Finish

Where extra stiffness is needed, a 1mm shim fits between the bulkheads and top deck to dial in less flex. The orange anodised coating gives corrosion protection and an easy-to-spot upgrade on any build.
