Balanced Mounting for the XRAY T4'20

The XRAY 303760 - T4'20 Aluminum Motor Mount is machined to deliver a stable platform for the motor while keeping mass low. Constructed from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, it combines rigidity with lightweight properties favoured for lap time consistency.

Central Motor and Layshaft Positioning

This design merges motor and layshaft mounts into a single centreline component to improve mass distribution across the chassis. The low centre of gravity helps the car rotate predictably through turns.

Tuneable Flex Using Proven Hardware

A central pressed-in steel layshaft supports the motor, which sits behind the shaft. The four-bolt mounting pattern provides firm attachment while allowing rear screw removal to increase chassis flexibility when required.

Top Deck Post Option for Setup Changes

If you need finer control over chassis stiffness the mount accepts an additional top deck post, offering another way to tune behaviour for changing track layouts and surface bite.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The mount supports common RC motors that fit the T4'20 spacing, but check motor dimensions and shaft alignment before fitting to avoid interference.
7075 T6 aluminum is durable, but you should inspect screw holes and contact faces for wear and keep components clean to maintain fitment accuracy.
Yes, installing a top deck post increases upper chassis support and reduces flex, which can improve stability on high bite tracks.
Standard hex drivers and a torque feel are sufficient. Use the correct screw sizes and avoid over tightening to prevent stripping threads.
