For club racers and weekend warriors, the XRAY 305307 ECS Bb Drive Shaft is a practical upgrade on the X4 2022 platform. At 59mm and produced from Hudy Spring Steel, it reduces drivetrain friction versus blade driveshafts and helps the car track cleaner through bends.

Smoother Throttle-On Steering

The low-friction interface between the driveshaft and outdrive benefits quick transitions and chicane work. While turn-in can feel a bit milder, drivers commonly notice improved steering balance mid-corner and stronger throttle-on rotation when accelerating out of corners on flowing tracks.

Robust Construction and Easy Upkeep

Hudy Spring Steel gives these shafts excellent fatigue resistance for regular track use. Maintenance is straightforward: assemble like standard ECS parts and add Hudy Joint Grease (106213) between the small bearings and outdrives to keep running smooth and extend service intervals.
