The XRAY 305913 Narrow Pinion Gear is made from high-quality aircraft duraluminum to trim weight and width without sacrificing tooth integrity. Being 1.5mm narrower and roughly 25% lighter than standard pinions helps reduce drivetrain drag on tight tracks.

Each pinion is cut on a specialised precision machine and chamfered to exacting tolerances, then finished with a hardcoat to protect the gear surface. This manufacturing process promotes smoother meshing and reduced pulley noise when used with XRAY spur gears.
