For club and track drivers wanting a lighter driveline, the XRAY 305918 Narrow Pinion Gear is a solid upgrade. Built from aircraft duraluminum, it reduces width by 1.5mm and the weight by about 25% versus typical pinions, while retaining necessary strength for racing use.

Precision Gearmaking and Durable Finish

Each pinion is cut on precision gear equipment to ensure excellent concentricity and minimal runout. Edges are chamfered and the component receives a durable hardcoat to increase wear resistance. This careful process promotes quieter meshing and better compatibility with XRAY spur gears in particular.

It will fit other cars that use the same gear pitch and mounting pattern. Confirm tooth module and motor shaft fit before installing.

Does the narrower profile change gear noise?
