Accuracy and surface treatment

Machined on a specially modified precision gear cutter, the XRAY 25T provides tight concentricity and true running. Edges are chamfered and the component receives a run-in process followed by a hardcoat to enhance wear resistance while keeping weight low.

Designed for smooth gear engagement

This pinion pairs well with any properly sized spur gear, including XRAY spurs, reducing on/off gear noise and promoting steady, quiet operation. It is a practical upgrade for those building lightweight competitive rigs.
