The XRAY 305986 Narrow Pinion Gear uses aircraft duraluminum to achieve a notable weight drop while retaining durability. At 1.5mm thinner and roughly 25% lighter than typical pinions, it helps reduce the mass that the motor must spin.

Controlled Machining and Surface Treatment

Manufactured on a bespoke XRAY gear machine, each unit is produced to precise tolerances for superior concentricity. Edges are chamfered after machining and the part receives a specific hardcoat process to maintain accurate tooth form and smooth operation.

Mesh Reliability and Quiet Operation

Designed to pair with general spur gears, the XRAY Narrow Pinion works especially well with XRAY spurs to cut throttle noise and deliver stable gear engagement. It is supplied ready for installation and consistent use.
