Upgrade Your T4 ULP Shock Assembly

The XRAY 308354-O Aluminum Shock Cap Nut is built to improve assembly precision on T4 ULP shock absorbers. These aluminium caps feature a small vent hole so surplus oil can escape while you fit the cap, helping the shock reach the correct internal level for reliable damping.

Lightweight Aluminium and Tight Sealing

Constructed from durable aluminium, the cap nuts keep weight down and resist corrosion thanks to the orange anodize. Internally machined grooves lock the silicone membrane in place to reduce the chance of leaks and ensure consistent shock operation. Colour may vary slightly due to the anodizing process.

Better Control When Tuning

These cap nuts help fine-tune oil volume and make reassembly less fiddly, which is useful when swapping shock fluids or changing settings between sessions. They are suited to enthusiasts who want predictable damping behaviour.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
They are intended for XRAY T4 ULP shock absorbers. Older or different T4 variants may differ in thread or cap diameter, so compare dimensions before purchasing.
The caps secure a standard silicone membrane used on XRAY shocks. Use the membrane recommended by the shock manufacturer to preserve damping and prevent leakage.
Vent holes only help during assembly by releasing excess oil. Choose shock oil based on your tuning needs; the vent does not change oil viscosity requirements.
Keep threads clean and lightly lubricated, inspect the membrane seating, and replace caps if you notice persistent leaks or damage to the anodize that affects sealing.
