Precision Chassis Plate for the XRAY XB2

The XRAY 321104 XB2 Aluminum Chassis is an upgrade engineered for drivers chasing consistent lap times. Fabricated from 2.5mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the plate delivers a practical mix of rigidity and deliberate flex to sharpen turn-in and mid-corner stability.

Material Choice and Machining Quality

CNC production guarantees accurate dimensions and repeatable quality for each chassis. Swiss 7075 T6 offers excellent strength-to-weight performance. The chassis incorporates targeted flex areas to lower the centre of gravity and aid chassis rotation, while the black surface treatment applied by XRAY's automated process helps resist wear.

Balance-Oriented Layout

Layout decisions focus on improving weight distribution to help the XB2 stay composed under braking and acceleration. The width and length complements the flexible design to produce predictable handling. Any minor longitudinal bow from machining is cosmetic and does not reduce track performance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This chassis is optimised for smooth, on-road surfaces. While it can be used on varied surfaces, the handling gains are greatest on even asphalt or carpet.
The controlled flex changes front to rear balance slightly, giving tuners another lever to refine understeer and rotation through shock and anti-roll adjustments.
It uses standard XB2 mounting points and hardware. Check for correct screw lengths when fitting electronics to avoid interference with the new plate.
