Is this plate compatible with older XB2 parts?

The plate is specified for XB2 Series 2025. Some older parts may require checks for fit, but the design follows standard 3G Gear Box mounting points.

Will the black coating chip with track use?

The coating gives extra wear resistance, but like all anodised finishes it can show marks under heavy use. It still protects the aluminium core from corrosion.

Should I change motor height settings after fitting?
