Race-focused chassis for tighter cornering

Designed for tuners who demand sharper handling, the XRAY 331104 Aluminium Chassis reduces overall width to increase controlled flex, which helps tyres maintain grip through corners. The slimmer footprint limits contact patch interference in turns for cleaner mid-corner behaviour.

High-grade Swiss alloy and CNC detail

Made from Swiss 7075 T6 alloy and precision CNC-machined, this chassis is light yet robust. Material is removed selectively from non-critical areas to cut weight while keeping structural support where needed, and the machined countersinks and bevels produce a low-drag underside.

Engine placement and ventilation features

The engine bay is machined to allow a slightly lower motor position when used with compatible mounts, lowering roll centre and improving stability. Cut-outs in the chassis assist airflow to the engine area to help temperature control during extended runs.

Flexible tuning with inserts and weights

Options for graphite reinforcements and added ballast let you dial in stiffness and balance to match different track surfaces and driving approaches.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes, it is made to work with older NT series layouts, but you should verify screw positions against your chassis before installing.
You can add graphite stiffeners and small weights in designated spots to change flex and balance, allowing on-track tailoring.
Narrowing the chassis increases controlled flex which typically enhances steering response and front-end bite for experienced drivers.
Use medium torque on countersunk fasteners, check that reinforcements sit flush, and trial different weight placements on your first track session.
