The XRAY 331105 Aluminium Chassis is engineered for NT1 models that need a lighter, stiffer base. Forged from Swiss 7075 T6 alloy, it keeps structural integrity while shaving excess mass for crisper responses on the track.

Stability Up Front, Flex Where Needed

Designed with a broader front end and a tapered centre, the chassis balances stability and controlled flex. This layout helps maintain cornering speed and reduces the tendency to scrub off speed mid-corner, making lap times more consistent.

Smart Machining for Lower Mass

CNC machining removes material from non-critical areas to cut weight without weakening key load paths. The engine area receives special machining to lower the centre of gravity, and cut-outs beneath the motor improve ventilation under intense running.

Smooth Underside and Setup Versatility

Edges are chamfered and screw holes countersunk to present a clean underside that reduces drag. The chassis has options for graphite inserts or extra weights so you can alter stiffness and balance to suit different tracks and surfaces.
