NT1 Front-End Stability and Control

The XRAY 332026 Aluminium Lower Front Bulkhead is a left-side upgrade tailored for NT1 cars to refine steering response. Built from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it delivers a controlled mix of stiffness and flex that helps with turning precision, particularly on firmer tyre compounds.

Engineered for Longevity

Composite anti-roll bar bushings are integrated to reduce play and extend the life of the assembly. The CNC-machined profile keeps weight down while maintaining structural strength, aiding traction without excess mass. Anodised orange finish and chamfered edges round out the part for a neat, serviceable fit.

Do I need special tools to fit this bulkhead?

Installation usually requires basic RC tools such as hex drivers and a torque driver for consistent hardware clamping. No specialised presses are needed for the bushings.

Is the anodised finish purely cosmetic?

The anodising protects the aluminium against corrosion and wear in addition to offering a distinct XRAY orange look, but it does not change the part geometry or fit.

Can this affect toe and steering geometry?

Because it is manufactured to tight tolerances, swapping to this bulkhead should not alter designed geometry; it is intended to maintain correct alignment while improving feel.
