They are made for older NT series that use eccentric bushings in the suspension assembly. Verify the bushing bore and housing style on your car first.

What does a +1.5mm or -1.5mm change do?

Those offsets alter the pivot placement and track width slightly, which can change body roll and steering balance depending on surface grip.

Can I mix these with modern arms?

If the modern arms accept the same eccentric housing and bore size, the inserts will work, but always check fitment before committing to a full change.
