Race-Ready Rear Bulkhead with Tunable Response

The XRAY 333017 Aluminum Lower Bulkhead Rear Right gives NT1 owners a robust rear mounting point made from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium. It is designed to deliver reliable stiffness while keeping weight down for consistent lap times.

Flex Tuning to Tailor Rear Grip

The component features a flex adjustment concept so you can alter rear compliance and traction. The part extends beneath the 2-speed axle to maintain a 0.5mm gap between chassis and bulkhead to prevent rubbing, and optional steel spacers let you lock both bulkheads together for a firmer rear end.

Accurate Positioning and Bushing Support

Carefully machined openings ensure correct alignment with the suspension holder for true centring. It is compatible with the revised anti-roll bar composite bushing, which helps prolong part life under regular use.

Sporty Anodised Look with Long Service Life

The bulkhead is finished in anodised orange for a sporty appearance and corrosion resistance. Colour tones may vary slightly between batches, but each unit meets XRAYs quality checks.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes, this bulkhead is intended for NT1 series cars and is used by racers to fine tune rear stiffness and handling on different track surfaces.
Keep mating surfaces clean and periodically check screws for tightness. Light cleaning and inspection will prevent grit from accelerating wear where the bushing contacts the bulkhead.
Yes, the flex adjustment and option to add spacers let you shift the rear response between more forgiving and sharper handling, depending on track requirements.
The anodised layer resists corrosion and normal wear, but like any finish it can show marks after heavy impacts. Regular inspection helps catch issues early.
